Please explain LU can either pay up for ASND, or assemble smaller companies to enter the data networking area. Paying up and absorbing one company is a much better deal than buying 5-10 smaller companies and trying to fit them together. ASND are the only sizable players worth having in the datanetworking field and ASND is closer to the internet backbone products that LU wants vs. COMS. I still think they can pay $90+ is stock for ASND. Remember that stock was only $65 in October.
