just increased my psft. talked with psft IR and it is not too late to qualify for the MMTM distribution. the record date is 1/15/99 for the 1:5 distribution so the next few days should be o.k. i had thought it was 12/31/98 but he says that's when the MMTM attached to the shares and they will follow those PSFT shares wherever they go now thru 1/15. here's the messages: "MMTM Question Date: 1/11/99 10:05:04 AM Pacific Standard Time From: Kip_Meintzer@peoplesoft.com If your a shareholder of record on Jan 15, 1999 you'll receive MMTM.
