Dave, No I don't mean they are going to issue more shares. They need to raise capital to promote their product and break into new markets. My guess is that they need to get their Market Cap up to secure some financing. The SEC is placing a big burden on many BB's with their new requirements and will cost 25k-65k to comply. Auxer does not intend to be de-listed to the pink sheets. There is no reason to worry at this point about de-listing,but next year at this time it could become worrisome. Diluting their stock will not help them. DAVID
