David, You have hit the nail square on the head. I have been told this exact thing by Gene Chiramonte. He has told me that it will cost AXGI 30,000 to become a reporting company and you are right they do neet the increased market cap to secure financing. I was told this also. That is why I highly doubt that Auxer would sell share one into this. They need this price to stay UP. That is also why there will be a continued string of releases to keep the investment community informed on Auxer. Ernie
