Mike, glad to see they reached an agreement, the alternative in my mind would have been bankruptcy. Wonder why they reached an agreement without hearing the results of the case...maybe they have or maybe they have been mislead...Hmmmmmm always something huh?

Mike, it looks like Dayton's been tossed a life preserver.
I'm not holding my breath waiting for their assets to be awarded to MDIN!

Besides, let's see MDIN follow through on drilling, JV, and becoming a fully-reporting company, apart from any Dayton issues. A court decision in our favor would be nice, but I hope we're not hanging our hat on it.

P.S. Today is January 11th ... holidays are over... everyone back to work in Chile? I hope?
