Just to let everyone know, I did call for an appointment with RG today. I was asked to wait for next week due to a backlog of meetings. There is a group coming to town tomorrow. I think they are tied into a deal but not confirmed. Cohesive comes to town Wednesday to continue the work on the new site. Paul Henry says the finish date is still Feb 15 and public consumption should start by Mar 1. The CCI of Ca close will happen when it happens. Their records were kept like a one man operation and are very dificult to put in order to satisfy our requirements. He hopes to finish this quarter. We have the right and capability to set up our own distributorship network and may do just that if the situation calls for it. He also stated the PP was filed with the SEC on time. He does not know why you can not find it. He did state the conversion is longer out than 4 months. Bob
