Democrats Plan to Give Non-Citizens the Right to Vote WASHINGTON, D.C. - As Clinton's Impeachent Trial warms up, Democratic leaders are laying plans for taking back control of both Houses in the year 2000. Said one DNC strategist, "Since our party is popular with both legal and illegal imigrants, we are exploring the posibility of granting non-citizens the right to vote." According to one Democratic Congressman who supports the idea, "Our country was founded on the pricipal that it is unfair to have taxation with representation. Therefore, in order to be fair to non-citizens who pay taxes to the U.S. government we are proposing that they be given the right to vote." The DNC's proposed policy is called the "50¢ Plan", and would allow all non-citizens who have paid a minimum of 50¢ in taxes to vote in all Federal, State and local elections. Democrats hope to introduce the bill in the next few weeks. Strong Republican opposition to the legislation is expected.

Republican Wife Cheaters are mounting an obnoxious attack against our country. It really makes me sick to see these pious wife cheaters and racists making this all out attempt to damage our democracy. Strong words? They are setting a precedent of personal destruction that will last for decades. Thanks to the extremist Republicans, our political system is evolving into one like a third world nation. They are succeeding where the communists left off. America is being destroyed from within! The people need to speak loudly in the next election. BUT! I will guarantee that the next election is going to be the nastiest in modern American politics. We can thank the Republicans for ushering in a century of dirty politics, infighting and politics of personal destruction.
