Dan: In case you haven't found it yet, the URL is: talk-stock.com and the date is listed as Sat. 1/23/99 at 2pm EST. While there, note the "disclaimers" and addresses for "Talk Stock with Me" and "Investing in America" to get a feel of how "balanced" the "opinions" are. The "on line conference" will be one of many PRs I feel will be ushered forth, leading up to the "climactic" (or shocking as the case may be) shareholders' meeting. If you noticed, the MMs have been "inching" up the price over the last couple days in preparation for the time when there will be a giant sucking sound as "new" investors rush to grab. One question may become who will be holding the shares when the music stops. If failing memory is correct, I believe there is a two year restriction on new issue shares held by insiders. If so, AA will want to have a decent market for unloading "some" of his holdings. The two year period should be expiring this August or September. I hope anyone with a better knowledge of these facts will detail this issue better than I can. As they used to say on "Hill Street Blues", ........."Let's be careful out there!"
