Well John, as you well know the real story here has nothing to do with the so called bashers or their motivations. After all, the questions are real (ok, so a lot of Rosario's are vaguely real), but be that as it may, it is after all the questions that have relevance. Is anyone's identity or motivation really an issue? Is it for instance the reason that John Schmitz has made misleading press releases that he to this day has left uncorrected. Is it the reason that PRWT has yet to announce the completion of the reverse merger, or is it that there is a de facto reverse split on the horizon hidden under the guise of yet another merger? How many times will the nonsensical argument, that not filing, advantages the stockholder attempt to be foisted? How many excuses for not filing, or simply thumbing his nose and saying that he doesn't have to, will John Schmitz toss to the public? These are not issues that bear on any basher. They can be fairly laid at the doorstep of this management. Until you have filings you have nothing. All you are buying is hope and rumor. These are the handmaidens of fraud. Until filings are made you have absolutely no idea about shares, classes of shares, debt structure, actual income, asset base, beneficial ownership, compensation packages for management and lots of other things. But go ahead Mr. Nero, and continue to fiddle around and try to engage me on this issue of my motivations. Please remember that I am not the one selling my stock to you. You seem to accept the excuse from John Schmitz that he doesn't have to, so I am sure that you will have no problem accepting the same explanation from me.
