I was over helping Funk with this, and I like your suggestion, and I already tried it. Took it down to parts you mentioned, then I disconnected ALL mobo leads except power switch lead attached to "PN1" pins 8-9, no post, flipped the lead, still no post. Are additional leads REQUIRED, such as reset? Tried different v.cards in different slots, no help.

I am left asking is this a DOA mobo, bad CPU?

Does anyone have ANY other suggestions.
