I am quite heavily invested but have been off the thread for awhile. What is the skinny about PRWT becoming a fully reporting company by SEC requirements in the later part of 1999? Has anyone contacted PRWT about this matter and what is their response? From past posts, it appears they do not intend to report. This would kick them off the board and our money would become even more worthless if that is posible. A SEC approved audit is not cheap. Does PRWT have the money? Your response/s will be appreciated.
