Royco, INTC's forward guidance about the status of the sector should provide the needed insights. I'd expect AMAT to consolidate at these levels until it comes clear that retooling the existing line is not sufficient to produce the smaller geometries and that new fabs are indeed required. Excess production capacity is either used up or obsolete. I exited AMAT short-term, but am holding leaps and shares for the longer-term. Sonki, I will load up again on AMAT short-term calls when the next leg is clear.
