Well if you get hit with a de facto reverse split in the guise of a merger, you are still going to be happy not knowing about any preferred classes of shares and any conversion rights? You are going to be unconcerned about any management compensation plans? Deferred compensation? Or other balance sheet items that could make the current 2&cent price seem rich? I'll bet you will feel just this generous, if you find that management has been less than forthcoming.

Gee Barb, what Pray Tell did you here about the financials and from who? You loved what JOHNNY told you at 8 cents and we are at 2 cents. You bought at 8, 6, 4, cents and will you be buying more at 2 cents or will you wait till it hits sub-penny??
