I can honestly say, I have read "0" on NASDAQ listings!! When I finish trading I am bushed!! Don't want to read another news release. I just try everyday to buy down existing positions...sorta like brain in neutral stuff!! So I can''t help you there, I have just regurgitated what has been left unchallenged on this thread!<ggg>

I have a file on what the NASDAQ requirements are...it's in summary form. In early '97 the listing requirements were increased where it used to be a minimum bid of US$3.00 but moved up to $5.00 along with some other parameters such as asset values. Its important to note that the TSE's listing requirements are almost exactly the same as the NASDAQ.
