Not bad for the closing price at $46.125 with significant volume
changing hands. The next two days will be AAPL's days, however,
AAPL will get impacted by INTC and YHOO tomorrow. It seems INTC and
YHOO will proivde good results after the bell. I thought AAPL would
have broken into new record and stand around $47-$48, unfortunately,
the overall market today was too weak. Fueled by big stcoks reports
tomorrow, AAPL is likely to try to break into yearly high again.
I am still looking forward to seeing $50's after reports.

Phil

Soup, for some reason I disagree with like 90% of everything you say. But you have worm me out man.

What do you think about this tidbit on Macintouch today:

<<A MacInTouch reader confirmed that Connectix' Virtual Game Station (a Sony PlayStation emulator for vthe Mac) is not currently available, although it was selling last week:

"I spoke with Connectix today. I was calling mail order houses to get a copy of Virtual Game Station. No one had it in stock. So, I called Connectix. I spoke with a sales rep who said that they did sell it at MacWorld but that it was currently unavailable and that there was no definite date for when it would or even if it would go back on the market. If it does return to the market, the news will be posted on their web site.">>

If this is true, then I think it is basically confirmation that Connectix is is being, or expects to be sued by Sony. What do you think?
