House Republicans Brought Up on 'Hate Crime' Charges

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Every single Republican member of the House of Representatives were arrested today and haled into a D.C. police department and brought up on 'Hate Crime' charges. One DNC spokeswoman who played a central role in bringing up the charges told BNN, "It is time that the Republicans pay the price for impeaching the President. It is obvious that they did this because they hate Bill Clinton. Therefore, the impeachment was a hate crime."

All the Republicans were released shortly after being booked. The D.C. D.A. told BNN, "This appears to have been an attempt to take the focus of the impeachment and pending trial off the President. Our office will not and cannot pursue these charges because Congressmen have legislative immunity."

No word yet from Republican leaders regarding this latest Democratic attack.

He managed to do a lot to overcome an extremely liberal Democratic Congress. Volcker, who was appointed by Carter, deserves much of the credit for taming inflation at the cost of a severe recession. OPEC also deserves some credit. Their greed caused the West to seek other reliable alternatives to the Middle East for oil.
