Well it certainly isn't the same, I positively agree. But you have a company with no verifiable earnings in PRWT due to their refusal to file any financials. So it certainly is not going to wash that you can blithely assign them the same earnings per share. If the company involved is NHLT that itself has negative cash flow, then the only way that you can realistically describe the resulting entity is as a de facto reverse split. It is after all a pig with just a different name. At the end of the day the shareholders here will end up with fewer shares in a new entity. Whatever else you want to call it, you cannot deny this.

So don't call it a reverse split. Nor do you need to describe President Clinton's escapades in the Oval Office as "having had sexual relations". But in the end Monica and the shareholders in PRWT are going to end up with the short end of the stick. Of this I am quite positive.
