Boy you are one negative person. The big Nasdaq merger we are all waiting for is not with NHLT. They may get scooped up along the way, but they are by no means our ticket to Nasdaq. NHLT is basically out of luck without any outside assistance. They have 2 good products that need financial backing. You are right about the following. At the end of the day the shareholders here will end up with fewer shares in a new entity. Whatever else you want to call it, you cannot deny this. We will definitely wind up with fewer shares. However, our ownership stake will still be the same percent plus we will have financial ties to a much larger company and it's subsequent trading and stability. GG

This you are quite positive!!!. Interesting. You CREEP!!! You try to pretend that you are only looking for the truth. You can't come up with any facts but you are POSITIVE that PRWT share holders are going to get screwed!. The closer this baby is getting ready to pop the more disshonest you become.
