Well actually Gordon, I am positive that you have no way to evaluate that, because you do not have any complete 10-K filing on the current entity to evaluate just exactly whether you maintained that "same" percentage. I am quite positive of this as well.

You know the rate at which they are changing the story of this company, seems designed to obfuscate what they are doing. Just why would they do that? In the spirit of positive thinking, it must be as some would suggest - they are looking to protect shareholder value.

But I worry that they may be hiding these numbers because there is some mischief that is as yet unaccounted for.

So let's see, the transaction you are talking about must be with NHLT first, then this bank entity second? Tell me it is a foreign bank so I can begin to contain my mirth, before the announcement.

However, our ownership stake will still be the same percent
Well careful there. If your previous ownership percentage of PRWT was say 1% (for the sake of discussion only), and you then had a merger where PRWT receives in exchange only say 70% of the then outstanding shares, then you now have only .7% of the new entity. So yes there is a preservation in one sense, but your percentage ownership does indeed change. You have a smaller share of a bigger entity, assuming the partner has value. But as I said before, without any financials, you can't really know whether your value has been preserved, because without complete accounting you can't know if the conversion ratio is appropriate.

Maybe this is why PRWT management is so loathe to reveal the true financial picture of the company. Not in terms of making the deal, but the aftermath of explaining.
