In your mechanical calculations you are ignoring one key component. That would be the worth your ownership stake is applied to. In a new deal the total ownership percentage of outstanding shares for existing PRWT shareholders would go down, but this new rate would be applied to a much larger net worth base. The stake in the value of the old PRWT entity would remain at 100%. The new ownership percentage has to be lower because theoretically the acquiring company would have a larger value and to properly apply a value to PRWT shareholders you would have to use a factor less than 1.

By the way, your blurbs at the end of your posts about not releasing financial information for negative reasons is counterproductive to your arguments. Any logical assessment you are making is being diluted by your obsession with this stock. You have lost a lot of credibility.
