Told you you'd take it the wrong way.... I think you're missing the point. I never want to doubt anyone that brings a valid point to a discussion. What I question is that it just seems on this particular issue, you gave me numbers without knowing any of the facts as to what it takes to become reporting, that's all. Also in your post to me you stated " it's not my fault or problem if AXGI has a can of worms on their hands due to their laggard and lazy reporting of numbers that have been promised for a veeeeery long time." Again you miss the point Cindy, it doesn't matter what happened before, if everything is up to date or not, you must start from square one with an SEC approved auditor and that auditor must go through every shareof stock issued whomit went to, all of the sales, revenues and expenses from the day the company began to trade publicly. My response to you isn't designed to be defensive, it's just that everyone here that read these posts as though they are coming from people who know what they're talking about. All I am asking is that before you go blaming a company for being lazy, lax, or anything else I would apreciate facts not innuendo that's all. Ernie
