You then trade EDII shares for HERZ shares and then change the name of HERZ to EDII and presto, you have a NASDAQ listing. Cool post on the resident moron's former Invest Company activities. Unfortunately, it is a little outdated. AGTI went into bankruptcy court and the hearing is expected to be held next week. This was our friends best pick because it is still trading at $.0007. He bought MTEI at $1.50 and you know what happened there. He bought tons of PKGP the day before the reverse split. He acquired EDII at $.72 and PRWT at $.12. Now do you know why he has so much time on his hands to harass others? Go EDII and PRWT.
