Mr. Michael Sylver, President Subject: Cease and Desist Order Dear Michael, It has been brought to my attention repeatedly that you are engaged in a campaign to smear my name by utilizing information that you, as your own transfer agent have released to the general public about shares owned by Dean Dumont. Your company being its own transfer agent is required to follow Securities and Exchange Commission rules to govern yourself accordingly. You have released this information to parties not affiliated with the company and its operations and/or paying your creditors. " Dean is selling his shares, thusly the company cannot pay its bills." Not only is that statement false it is also irrelevant to you and your companies operations. You have done this with malicious intent to discredit Dean Dumont with the use of lies and innuendoes and blatant false information disseminated to stockbrokers and shareholders alike.
