(OTC BB:MVEE), today announced that it has set the premiere screening for its film, ''Speedway Junky'', for Thursday, February 11, 1999, at LaEmmle Sunset 5 in West Hollywood, CA. The Company also announced that it has hired The William Morris agency to represent the marketing and promotion of the film to distributors. Attending the screening will be the movie's stars including Darryl Hannah, Jesse Bradford, Jordan Brower, Jonathan Taylor Thomas with rap singer Warren G, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, and Patsy Kensit. Major film distributors and entertainment press are expected to attend. Peter Benz, Chairman of the 1st Miracle Group, commented, ''We are pleased to form this relationship with such a prestigious agency as The William Morris agency. Preliminary interest in 'Speedway Junky' is very strong and we are excited about its premiere screening.''
