Larry-

I hope you're not calling me a weenie, cause if you are I'll sue! <gg>. I think I understand what you are trying to say, and I can't say I don't disagree with you. I just hate that bastard, so let him see what it's like to be on the other side, you know the defender instead of the attacker.

Also, you mentioned Gruder in jest, but on a more serious note, if anybody had cause to sue that bastard, it more than likely was Gruder. He chose to ignore him, which surely must have been difficult. To be as constantly attacked and publicly harassed as he was by Tech, well it should speak volumes that he just ignored him, according to your views to which you posted...

FWIW anyone can sue anyone....from what probity says maybe the guy Tech deserved it. Freedom of speech is fine but ends when my fist hits your nose or when you YELL 'fire ' as a prank in a crowded theatre. If Tech was not just giving his opinion but either was deliberity misleading or failed to disclose his true motive he could possibly have a problem. I wonder if Tech is even collectible(ggg). As isaid all along Si will work if we all are up front and dont make it a propaganda tool. The interesting part of the article is that our si code names are subject to discovery in a lawsuit so they are no secret anymore. For me that is fine as i started posting under my name on May 22nd at the alyd meeting but was then forced to change names for unrelelated to SI reasons. If any legit poster wants to know who i am PM me. BTW, Larry;KG4 WAS surprised we (or I) bought today. I could tell him we are 2 stupid bastards or that my opinion of Gruder's Goofs and lousy IR and PR haven't changed altho i heard a rumour that he might stick to engineering rather then management ......but the real reason is that it was 7 in Sept when i unloaded all the 18, 13, and 11 purchases and only kept the 9 purchases...and it is still 7 and in fact i am allready losing a 1/2 point on today's buy...but this battered stock while not going up resists going below 6 while iaic went from 12 to 1 1/2.....the long and the short of it is both the co. and Gruder have to change both their future direction and management style and this may be happening in a quiet almost covert way while y2k is approaching fast....if they expand in a diff. direction,& tune up their management skills...they will survive..if they survive the stock is undervalued at 7. Also i think something is up .JMO, but remember i am the guy who wrote Gruder on Aug 17th that he must buy simply because he had created his own unilateral opportunity & it would be suicidal for him to not buy stock like he said he would because he could control his own destiny on that promise...I was wrong then and i could be just as wrong today but i followed my instinct and own 2000 more alyd . Like you said way back why should logic dictate this market anyway!!
