This is locking the market.

ISLD trys to post a offer that is the same as the MM bid and is not allowed. If it was ISLD on the bid you would get a fill, assuming size was there, as the order would be crossed internally on the ISLD book and not sent out to the NAZ.

You have to go Island to Island..Island will not hit TSCO..TSCO wants to buy and you (Island) want to sell...at the same price....locked market results.
These are things you should have been required to know and should have gotten from MB. I had the same problem with X. They either assume you already know, or they are too lazy to get the info to you, or they need you to trade ASAP.
