Ah, okay. I think I understand now. This is kind of counterintuitive (to me, anyway). If ARCA worked consistently, this would probably be a better way to exit such a position? How come ARCA can hit a MM and Island can't?

You can ISLD to TSCO--however you have to be at the inside bid or ask and TSCO has to go to ISLD to get or sell shares as the middleman with somebody else. It has to be in their best interest. You'll rarely get a fill that way.
