MSFT's sites are among the most sophisticated -- check out investor.msn.com, for example, or slate or zone or homeadvisor or expedia or ... and if you think these are built with Frontpage, you could not possibly know what a cascading style sheet is, much less... Bid.com's site is simply embarrassing -- but if this "opinion" has to be explained...
