Colleen:Just a very simple method here.This is only a "IF"!!I don't care about HERZ sales etc in method of my madness.Buys 10 million shares on open market for 3 million dollars.Makes a trade for HERZ.Gets 1.9 million back.Ergo cost of 10 million shares is now .11 vrs .30 .Great savings wouldn't you agree.Now on top ot that he has 5 million in assets with HERZ,debt for future gains and a NASDAQ listing for 1.1 million out of pocket.He is getting that for 20 cents on the dollars plus all the side benefits.Very simply put.Anyway just a direction that could happen on paper and in theory.Now you get the idea what I talking about.If Danny could pull it off,it "WILL" inhance shareholder value.Even tho he bought 9%+ shares on open market it was 25% of the float which definitely gives him a presence to be heard by HERZ. Don
