Yo Bandit, it ain't a lie if it's "a forward-looking statement." Of course the IR guy will try to put the best spin on the material they give him to disseminate, it's what they pay him to do, but outright lie? I don't think so; especially relative to the Seagal contract, the start of GrizzReturn filming, Delta force wrap. The schedules & timing may be exaggerated on the short side a bit, but the data is probably solid. It's too easy to disprove when any of the above doesn't happen. If IR loses credibility in a big way, they become useless. In view of the announcement of the Morris agency to rep MVEE, I think they are getting their feet under them, by signing on the class of the field. They're not cheap (probably some % of sales, net/net, who knows) but they are in the top echelon of the industry, with the heaviest contacts. This is really good news. They also know how to throw a party! May be some time before we see the results of these actions on the bottom line, but it looks good, and may just get REALLY good. All the best, M.

John, excellent DD! Thanks for calling and reporting. It's time consuming, I know. You asked a lot of good questions. Peter Benz (I assume that's who you talked to) is not just a IR guy, he's in charge. So he should be very credible. I was happy to hear his "firm" comments on filing with the SEC. This indicates that MVEE is serious and here to stay. Many say that thousands of companies will drift to the pink sheets when the SEC filing requirements go into effect. It's very encouraging to hear that MVEE is serious about its relationship with its investors. MVEE has two movies "in the can" and is starting to film its third. "Escape to Grizzly Mountain" is a sequel to a moderately successful movie which has paid some bills for 1st Miracle. By the time "Escape" is underway, we should have some definite information on revenues from "Speedway". Regards, Suzanne
