Mattie.. stock sector favorites change. IDC, from Yahoo, "..Revenues reflect increased licensings due to a change in the business model away from product sales in favor of patent licensings." It may that change which puts a cap on some investor's thinking, yet growth and balance sheets seem quite good. I don't know the business well enough to comment on competition. It appears to be a solid investment outside the volatility of the current mania. Remember, the unfortunate reality of the market is momentum playing... everyone's doing it. Its like a locust swarm that decends and raises the value of an industry then moves on. If you can get to the next fertile valley before they get there... "that's the ticket!"

Mattie, tomorrow should be an up day. The nets broke toward the end and took the NAZ down but didn't destroy the market. In the short-term, I'll be very happy to see some of the focus shifted away from the nets and into other sectors such as drugs or software.

Overall, it was a very positive day. Our markets outperformed all the markets in the world in terms of % of loss and managed to make a good recovery.

I am just very glad that INTC happened to report at the right time.
