Veramark Signs Distribution Contract With Nokia Telecommunications PITTSFORD, NY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 28, 1999--Veramark Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq National Market:VERA) today announced the signing of a worldwide distribution contract with Nokia Telecommunications. Under the agreement, Nokia will offer Veramark's VeraBill billing and customer care software with Nokia switches, to wireless and wireline carriers. VeraBill is a comprehensive billing and customer care system for wireline, wireless and other network service providers, with up to 400,000 subscriber access lines. Twenty-two VeraBill systems are installed and operating today, providing billing and customer care services for carriers on five continents. Since October 1997, VeraBill has been supporting a Nokia customer in Germany, providing service to fixed line subscribers through a Nokia DX220 switch. Commenting on the contract, David G.
