I Don't understand loans. But Karen said that the best thing about this type of loan they made is that they can do just about anything they want with the money. She was enthusiastic about that. It's invested now in something that carries a very low risk, but it's not making enough back to cover the interest payments. She said Bramson is thinking of investing in something riskier that would give a better return, and take more sting out of the interest payments. Al
