Will,

The CAPEX includes other things than equipment. If one reads the INTC release or listens to the conference call, Equipment spending is not being reduced by INTC.

Off for the year -- for some reason it sound like at least as far as INTC is concerned -- what upturn for the cap equip biz?

Where the money went last year I don't really care -- the point for me is that semi equip purchases are not going up -- these folks were supposed to bottoming right, i.e. increasing demand for equip this year?

Now if INTC revs are headed down (at least seasonally as they admit) where's the stong demand for DRAM going into the next quarter going to come from? If it's not coming where's the demand for cap equip coming from?

The run-up in these shares is silly, IMO.
