<SUNW will sell for the equivalent of $1,000 a share within 7 years. JDN>

7 years? That's too damn long for me. I was thinking maybe in 4-5 years. Anyways, What kind of effect do you think Michael Jordan's retirement will have on SUNW? Can we hire Michael to be the sales man just like what Michael did to Nike? That would be awesome.

OK.......PLEASE explain why you think $1,000 within 7 years. I bought a month ago and would LOVE to hold that long.

Dear JDN:

1) Simply saying "paradigm shift" does not mean a stock isn't overvalued. IMO an analysis like this needs to be backed up with numbers. Otherwise you could "justify" any price.

2) SUNW a ten-bagger in seven years? Sure, why not? That would be a reasonable slowdown from the torrid 84% annualized average appreciation in SUNW that I've experienced since 4/95.

If I didn't think Sun had excellent appreciation potential, I wouldn't be long. But, as I said, at this point I'm simply going with the momentum.
