Elizabeth,

I agree there's nothing more conducive to nodding off than a rousing discussion of NCII's warrant fiasco. In fact,I often read their SEC filings before I go to bed to knock myself out. It's just becoming more and more apparent that there's some sort of standoff
concerning the price of this issue and it won't be resolved in our
favour until the warrant's are gone. They keep saying that the warrants are going to be gone by this date and that but the price
still languishes in the face of continuing corporate improvement.
Thanks again,pb.

They believed that about 5-7 million shares of overhang left.

Betty has once again done a great job in reporting what took place at the Meeting.

The future of the company is still in front of it. They expect to be profitable this coming FY 2000. The 1st quarter starts 1Apr99.
Safehaven statement applies.

Will not do a reverse stock split until they show increase profits over a period of time (qtrs). They realize doing so before before showing a steam of profits will only hurt the company and shareholders. Most all successful reverse stock splits have had a steam of profits and the stock price held up after the reverse split.
Without a showing of increase profits will only cut the price back down.

Overall, it is a company that now can see light at the end of the tunnel.
