Ravel,

Most afterhours trades are rather odd. I generally ignore these and focus on the premarket trades from about 9:15 to 9:30. All the rest is noise.

Can anyone explain the last trade of the day above $100???

It's an out of sequence trade. The background color indicates whether the quote is current or out of sequence. Black background means out of sequence. So that $100 trade probably happened much earlier, when the stock was trading at 100.
