I have said repeatedly that Clinton has been a good president - maybe not a GREAT president but you dont get too many of those - and as far as Im concerned that is a very impressive thing. Clinton is much, much better than Bush on domestic issues - Bush couldnt get anything through but even those things that were good that Bushes congress put forth (such as, say gun control, Brady Bill etc) he vetoed. Clinton has been working consistently on the issues that affect the general populace vs. the republican platform which was tax cuts for the wealthy and kowtowing to the RR. Id like to see Lott or DeLay as president - what a joke! Those 2 guys arent smart enough to drive a tractor. Oh but we can be sure they arent adulterers right? hallelujah for that.
