Ed you would had been correct in that assumption
if it were last year or before. Now there is not enought time
to get the software configured in 1999; if they had not already
started. The IRS is the only major "punt". Out sourcing is next
so they can hope and blame. EDS, IBM and Perot will do well this year,
and it has already started. SAP and JDEC are already falling.

CCUR and UIS maybe the only ones who can fix the Legacy systems
that they worked on before. If there is money to be made then CCUR
should get it.

I talk from experience. Got into consulting last year.
And lets say I have been able to accumulate more CCUR stock on dips.

And after 1/1/00 ?
Well thats what CCUR stock is for. I may even quit early if my customers
become too demanding. (I will refuse to be on call 12/31/99)
I just know the stock price will ready.
