ALTERNATIVE FUEL SYSTEMS
SIGNS DEAL WITH CHINA

CALGARY. Alternative Fuel Systems Inc. has signed a
$1.7 million (CDN) contract document with Sichuan
Shutong CNGV Co. Ltd. and CMC Prospects Import and Export
Co. of China. The contract document calls for AFS to supply
major fuel system components, technical support and training.
Under the terms of the agreement, AFS will supply 3000 Sherex
2-stage gas regulator systems that will be used as an integral
part of Sichuan Shutong's subsequent manufacture and assembly
of their fuel management system that satisfies one of China's
important requirements for smaller, less modern, one-to two-
litre engines.

Best to all,

MB
