I would not dispute the rules, however, I have never seen a company doing a hostile takeover reporting every two percent that they acquire.
Who do they report that to? Who enforces it? What if they don't report? Do they have top give all the stock back? Do they get slapped with wet noodles? What would the penalties be for not disclosing?
