Agreed, saw bill's slow turn idea,I think the naz is showing the way.If all markets were in unison I buy-in to bill's program.I think the sector rotation into mid/small cap tech stocks is being best indicated by the number of new highs in the naz 3day ma on hi/lows is 118/28.compare this to nyse hi/lows is 35/39.In all this volatility the money is going somewhere. Apple earnings surprised on the plus - motorola surprised on the plus.

Tech selloff yesterday occurred on very little volume - volume showed up after no panic selloff from weak hands was confirmed.

We're up on globex and going up today.
