Man I don't get on my roof when it's bone dry out. If my roof gets damaged I have something called Homeowner's Insurance, someone should tell that dude about that concept.

I imagine if snow is usually that bad in those parts there would be ample time to prepare by purchasing some sort of electrical apparatus to artificially heat the roof to melt the snow.

That's too simple though. It's much more daring to drag a snowthrower onto a pitched roof and pull some Evil Kneival or Flying Wolenda stunt.
