I'm kind of surprised that no one has commented on SEG's assertion that they will have an advantage in producing drives for consumer products (TVs, VCRs, DVDs with HDDs inside) because of their vertical integration. Or has the thread grown tired of this topic? From SEG's numbers (16% revenue growth and 17% unit growth) it seems that the massive shrinkage in ASPs has slowed to a more workable number. Is it any wonder that gross margins are improving? -Robert
