RXSD's 10Q out after market. Did not list earning but according to the net income number for the quarter, $11.8MM, and divide by the share-outstanding (assuming 65MM), I get $0.18 which is below the estimated $0.23. Overall sales has been relatively soft according to the release but not much further comments. Anyone has a different figure?

Was this an accounting audit or a phar. audit? How will its rating relate to the current plentitude of class action law suits?
