Curious! How many Ascend shareholders here do NOT want to be bought out by LU. I think this suit is ridiculuous!!! Look at ASND's chart and tell me the shareholder's are not getting a good deal.

Lawsuit, what a crock! It's probably a bunch of ASND shareholders that have the bulk of their money in CSCO. Screw em!

These nutbags crawl out of the woodwork every time there is a merger. Their aim is to extort a nuisance settlement from the company. Forget it.
