Have you looked at the earnings in the Internet companies? Since when does a company have to have a given profit to have products or other value to the market. The world looks at P/E's, it is not run by them! Investment decisions are usually based on whether there is a future for the company's business.

Strikes me that the rumored CPQ pact might add that value here. Couple that with good (or even reasonable products - There will be so much demand for bandwidth that there is a lot of room in this sector for competitors. When bandwidth demand slows in the 2005ish then the competitors who have not been bought up will be in trouble, IHMO.) products and a buy-out to exit the management makes all the sense in the world to me.
