David, I am sorry that you are a victim of MEGW's Board like the rest of us, but how can you "sell" the company when you have not seen any of the docs. or the financials? I don't need to talk to TBS when it is apparent that the merger with MEGW makes no sense at all. Again, I appreciate your honesty but I think that it is unusual for someone to sell a company when he has not even seen the relevant documents. Nothing personal, simply professional. david
