Stolcker: First, on the topic at hand... I suggested a name change to Michael last year. Since then, I have changed my mind - but only as a temporary stay of name execution. While they are still chasing down their financial clients the name actually serves them well. The problem, as you mentioned, develops as the dimension of the company is rounded out. It may demand the maintenance of two names at the same time - say "Financial Intranet" and perhaps a broader second and eventually permanent name.. like "Siemens" for instance.
As for your ill-informed sparring partner, if you haven't already been subjected to his stupidity let me fill you in. This person is one of those lost souls who use the Internet as a weapon in which to prey on people.. and institutions. He's also a flat-out bigot. He usually works inside the safety of packs - often as an advance man to kick up a stink and attract other maggots.
Not that it would rid us of these human viruses, but I would love to see sites such as SI, RB (AND now FNTN) demand full public disclosure from all of their participants. With almost no exception, these human spores tend to cling themselves to chat sites after posting only the most basic information about themselves. On one occasion, we actually unearthed a clandestine competitor posting a mother-load of negative and often inaccurate comments on the thread. He had literally spent months discrediting not only management but everyone on the thread who had an opposing opinion. Guess who was one of his supporting cast members during the whole disgusting experience.... You got it!

Is it facts you want? Forget my personal observation. Instead, take Management's own statement that they have sold and did NOT file a Form 4 because they thought the brokerage firm had done that. Letting your over enthusiasm for stock get away from can cause you to overlook the obvious. It tends to make some label mad information as "negative". Sticking your head in the sand will only get more sand in your eyes.

Stolcker,

Let's make sure that we discriminate between what MS actually said and what he was supposed to have said. It was posted here that MS said that he had sold some shares and did not file a Form 4. Sheppard, to my knowledge, has never said in any public forum that he did this. Who knows what might have been on the poster's agenda? However, some here are very selective in what they believe to be true. Those flatworms are the ones that Wally refers to. By the way, Wally, I like 'flatworms' as a descriptor. Basically, a very low form of life that have the amazing ability to multiply when they are sliced and diced. Flatworm activity and a rise in the stock price are frequently positively correlated.

This is my first and last word on the subject. It is a non-issue.

Mike

It appears that you really did not know what you were talking about after all. Its nice to see someone like Radim step forward.
