Suzzane, Do you really work for this company! I have a feeling that you are just kidding, other wise you have have known that they are still planning on filing for SEC! But I think you had everyone going for a while! Someone posted earlier that MVEE needs to trade about 3 mil shares for it to move! Well, we had about 3mil shares traded today and it only moved up 4.38%! Boy, we've got a long wait before we ever see this puppy on the Nasdaq! Let's all pray for Feb 11,1999 to be a great day for us! John

Can someone help me understand or define the shares OUTSTANDING vs. Shares in FLOAT! Please correct me if I'm wrong but does: 1)Shares Outstanding mean = the total number of shares a company has? and 2)Shares Floating = number of shares that no one owns or are available for purchasing! If I am correct, then who holds or has these Float shares?? The MM's??I really don't know, please help? And is it these shares that make the price go up and down significanlty? Thanks in advance for your help, you guys have been really helpful! P.S. Well I heard that MVEE has 99 mil shares outstanding(of course I don't know what this means yet) but does anyone know how many shares MVEE has in Float??? Damn, I should have asked Peter Benz when I had him on the phone! Oh well! John
